I have a total of four data series and want two of the data series to be
stacked on top of each other, how do I accomplish this or is it even possible?

If I've underatood you correctly, you want the secong series to the
built upon the varying baseline of the first. The easy way of doing
this is to create an additional data series in the sheet which is
simply the sum of the two and plot this instead of the second.
