Default Vlookup with a range of values

Hello everyone,

I have am working on a project where I need to find U-bolt sizes that
fall within a given width range. For instance, I know I need a U-bolt
for one size pipe that falls between 1.25" wide and 1.75" wide, so I
have a min and max cell with 1.25 and 1.75 respectfully. On another
sheet, I have all of my u-bolt dimensions. I want to use the VLookup
command (or something similar) to pull information from the second
sheet for the U-bolt that falls within that min and max range. I would
know how to do it if the bolt HAD to be 1.25", AND I had a U-bolt that
was 1.25" wide, but I am dealing with ranges here. Any suggestions?
