How can I recover a lost .xls file?
I know I saved this. I think a family member might have done something. I'm
taking a course and there are 12 exercises in this .xls file. The longest one representating over 10 hours to take is now blank. No name, date of test, just as blank as the instructor sent it. I noted some mistakes that the teacher had to let the test publisher know about before I submitted it. Now, this whole test is gone, but the others are there. I've looked in my recycle bin, other documents are there, but nothing related to class. Thanks in advance for any assistance. |

Hi, Have you tried a Search for all .xls files ? (righmouse the Start button and Search) Otherwise, such 'lost' files can be recovered from your Backup system. We hope that you kept backups of your data files. -- Debbie Wrote: I know I saved this. I think a family member might have done something.
