Is there a way to change the default colors available in the Fill menu of
Excel?

Hi,
Tools Options Color (tab) Modify.
Couple of things
The new colors are available only in the workbook they are created in.
You are, however, able to import colors from one workbook to another; a
feature also on the color tab.
