Drop-down box
i have a drop down box and i find new things that i wish to add. but for
some reason i am unable to change the table and have it update on the excel spreadsheet the drop down is located. what can i do? |

Peruse the Data Validation secions of Debra Dalgleish's Contextures website

every time i do what is written, i lose my list. i am unable to use it as a
drop down box. it is missing. what am i doing wrong? Unless you post what you're actually doing, how can we know? Ok...now we know exactly how the esteemed Ms. Dalgleish did it...but still
have no specifics on your attempts. What sheet name contains your list? What cells in that sheet contain the list? Is your Data Validation cell on another sheet? What EXACT steps are you employing to create the Data Validation?
