CAN NOT "SAVE AS"

when i try to "save as" it frezzes and does not respond "help"

If this is a newwork file, then probably there has been a service
interruption and Excel has "lost it's way back home".....you will not be
able to save the file as is......you will have to copy and paste it's sheets
over to a new file and save that one under a new filename......
