Error message when trying to import csv into Outlook contacts.
 

When trying to import a csv file to Outlook contaacts I am getting an error
message says it cannot open the required translator and that I need to
install it. When trying to install it I am getting another error that says
"cannot install the neccessary files due to Windows Installer error 1635. I
could use some input.
