Cond formatting
 

I have a sheet That has cells that are conditionally formated to go
red.
I want to output the sheet to a new workbook with the red cells but not
with the conditonal formatting refrences as the condition the cells need
to meet, will not be outputted to the new sheet

edit, create copy.

then in new sheet use format painter to remove conditional formatting.
