Default Truncated wrapped text cells in Excel

I have a problem with displaying and printing very long wrapped text cells on
a spreadsheet. When the length of the text string goes beyond a certain
limit, Excel truncates the displayed text, even if there is sufficient room
to display the text in the cell. Is there any way around this?
