I am putting two check boxes in a row, and when I check one box in each row I
want to be able to lock the other check boxes so there won't be able to be
multiple check boxes checked. Is there a forumula or some other way to
accomplish this??

In 'one or the other' situations option buttons are usually used rather than
check boxes. This is because selecting one automatically unselects the
other.
