How do I change a password for VB SOLVER Add-in?
 

When I try to open SOLVER or any other Add-In in VB, a password is
requesteded. What password is being requested? My password for Xp does not
work.

Most (all?) of the add-ins supplied with Excel are written by third parties.
The code in them is protected on purpose and copyrighted.
They are designed for use from the spreadsheet only.

However, you can run code in most add-ins using something similar to...
Application.Run("Name of file!Name of procedure", Arguments)
