Default IF function

Can someone help me asap with a formula in the IF function, it is to
caluclate 401k contributions for employees. The formula should determine that
if the number of years employed in column C is greater than or equal to 1,
then the contributions is equal to the contibution percentage of 3% in column
F4 multiplied by the employee salary in column D, otherwise the contribution
is zero. This has to also be in the round function, help.
