Group and Outline Settings -Problem
 

I'm trying to group and outline my spreadsheet and I want to change the
settings because my detail rows are below the main row. However, when I go to
Group and Outline, Settings is dimmed and unavailable. What am I doing wrong?
The workbook is not protected and this sheet is formatted as a list.
