excel won't open, keeps saying installation file missing?
 

I have had no problems before, now it won't open and I can't access any excel
files.

Try the following:

Go to the Windows Start menu, and choose Run.

Enter

Excel.exe /regserver

Click OK. This will cause Excel to start, reregister itself with
Windows, and quit. Then try to start Excel normally.

If this doesn't work, you may need to re-install Office.
