pivot table list for web

I'm trying to create a PivotTable list for web in Excel 2003. I'm saving as
a single file web page (.mht) and adding interactivity with pivot table
functionality. When I click Publish, I get an IE error message "query could
not be processed. error opening file..." Any suggestions?
