Put 01/01/06 in A1 and A2, then in A3 put the formula
=A1+1
Format A3 as date and copy down as far as you need
(A3652 I think)

Cell A4 should have =A3 before
copying A3 and A4 (Combined) down.

Am I confused, Jim?
What's wrong with Andrew's suggestion? Copying A3 down would put =A2+1 into
A4, wouldn't it?

I should have said:
Besides A3 containing =A1+1
Cell A4 should also first contain =A3 before
Highlighting cells A3 and A4 and with the
right-bottom handle on cell A4 Drag and FILL Down to A3652.

Hope that is CLEARER.
Jim
