Default Error message #NAME from formula

I have a the formula "YEARFRAC" on one of my spreadsheets to calculate the
length of time between two dates. When I look at the spreadsheet on my
computer, the formula displays the correct answer, and also does so on most
of my co-workers computers. However, for on co-worker, she gets the error
"#NAME." I think it is a setting on her computer, but cannot find one. Any
ideas, or am I missing the setting?

Thanks!
Josh
