Default Checkmark box in Excel

I need to use a checkmark box that can be toggled on an Excel form but cannot
find it. Could someone please tell me where it's located?

Rightclick in a toolbar and select Control Toolbar. I believe what you are
looking for is there.

Hi Ann,

To change caption on the one located in the forms toolbar right click
the box then pick edit text.

To change the caption on the one located in the control toolbar right
click caption and in the dropdown go to properties|caption.

Hi Ann,

Try Right clicking the tool Bar, in the dropdown choose Forms. Checkbox
should be there.
