In scanning software requires us to use excel .but in excel every time I
scan a barcode with a zero in the beginning it disappear automatically

Format the cell as text beforehand.

For a cell, the formula

=TEXT(A1+A2,"00000")

will allow a calculation and retain the leading zero.
