How do I get excel to display zeros at the end of my decimals?

I cannot get this stupid program to display zeros at the end of my
decimals....this sucks....any suggestions?

format cells (number) to display required number of decimals? What exactly do
mean by "display zeros - do you want 2.3 displayed as 2.300?

Perhaps a more lucid posting might elict a better response.
