illegal division by 100
 

When I enter a basic number in any Excel 2003 spreadsheet it is automatically
divided by 100. This is an unwanted outcome and happens on any spreadsheet
in use whether old or new.

go to tools=Options, edit tab,

and uncheck "Fixed Decimals"
