? Pivot Table from 3 columns of raw data with headers

Thank you in advance for some advice. I am looking at analyzing Laboratory
specimen turn-around-time, and have identified discreet delay points by
specimen.
I have three columns headed with the titles "Order to Collect", Collect to
Receive in Lab", and "Receive to Verify". The data looks like this:

Order-Collect (") Collect-to-Receive in Lab (") Order-to-Receive in Lab
5 4 9
10 25 35
8 18 26
11 9 20
2 6 10
4 23 27

I am trying to analyze turn-around-time delay points for each of the
columns. Though this example has three delay points, though I could have
added 1-2 more. Is there a good way to do a pivot table off this data?

BTW I posted a similar request on 'Excel Programing' a day or two ago.

Thanks, this has me stumped...

you could add a new column called 'sample number', populate it with some
value then drag it into ROW and each of the other columns into DATA
regrds..

I assume you have many hundreds of specimens each day. Break them down
into sensible groups ie blood, urine, faeces, tissue samples then for
each draw a process behaviour chart. This will tell you your mean time
and how much it varies even when everything is going perfectly. It will
also tell you when the delays are OUT OF CONTROL due to unwanted
circumstances, eg staff sickness, machine breakdown, day/night shift,
on-call. If you want to talk more about this lets do it offline.
