Need help with a formula in inventory
I want to add number to A1 show total in A2 -A3 -- I want to be able to add new amounts to A1 and have A2 incress total. Example Recived On Hand Used 25 20 5 I recived 25 more pcs. same item my on hand should incress to 45 until I use more. Are you hoping to just be able to use those cells, or are you willing to enter subsequent receipts into the rows below? To do it as you state means using an accumulator-type of function which means that you will have no history of what has been entered. Andy. "zipper21" wrote in message ...
