question about some excel restriction script running on ...
hello all advanced and senior excel users... first i want to specify that i dont know really that much about excel, i just know how to work with it in newbie bases... recently i have encountered an excel table that is somehow write protected, it is intentionally made to be able to write only in certain cells, it is a tax table, that you must enter info only on the yellow cells, you cannot change the white ones, exept for those under some other cells which have a little red triangle on the right-upper corner with some text that says: "if you want to chage the cell underneath, point the cell and press Crlt+q", and then i can change the cell:))), i dont know how to upload the file itself here, or if there is way to share the file with you, pls tell me so you can take a closer look, i have ICQ if there is no other way.... it is in bulgarian, but i dont think that is a problem, becouse it is the way it's done that matters not the content of the cell itself... pls if someone has info about it, knows what is going on and can guide me, or tell me where to find guides about that, couse i really want to know how to edin those un-editalbe cells, and most important....guides on 'how to do it my self', even if it is related to low-level programing... thank you all in advance ... -- roise_r ------------------------------------------------------------------------ roise_r's Profile: http://www.excelforum.com/member.php...o&userid=32975 View this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread...hreadid=528026 |
