please solve my pboblem
 

i am maintaing stock items in single sheet. This sheet contains stock
items in
two categories one is stock and another is retail.
i want to display all the stock items automatically in the next sheet.

Instead of creating a second sheet, turn on autofiltering from the Data
menu.
Make sure only a single cell is selected and Click Data Filter
Autofilter

Assuming one column identifies which items are stock, you can click on
the
small triangle at the top of that column and select "stock"

Then only the stock items will be displayed and the others will be
hidden.
