How to insert and play flash file in excel
 

I recently receive two MS-Excel files on e-mail. The intersting thing about
it was that there were flash files inserted in each one of them. The flash
(*.swf) files started to play automatically when I opened the file. Anyone
could help me how it can be done as I would like to try it my self too.
