Removing Unnecessary Macro Security Warnings

Even though I have deleted all macros from my workbook, upon loading, excel
2003 continues to 'warn' me about macro security. How do I stop this, whilst
maintaining the same security level?

You also have to remove the modules on which the macros were stored have a
look here for details http://www.contextures.com/xlfaqMac.html#NoMacros
