Stumped - How to report most recent line/row?

Can't locate an answer, so I appreciate any assistance.

I sort a database of sales orders by sales rep, clinic and date of
service.

I'd like to show the latest date of service for each clinic, without
having to print off 100's of pages of data.

In other words, I want to be able to show sales reps the last order
date for their clinics.

Any help?

Many thanks,

Steve

How about a bout a Pivot table with the clinic on the left axis, the
sales reps acros the top, and MAX of the dates in the field?
