How do I save an excel spreadsheet as a comma-delimited ASCII file
I can save an xls as a csv comma-delimited file, but I don't think its in the
ASCII format and can't find ASCII on the list of save as file formats. |

Select FILE from the menu and click SAVE AS. From the SAVE AS dialog box
drop down the selection list for the SAVE AS TYPE combo box. The csv file I made did not work (as a class properties file in Fragstats),
and I could try a txt file instead but I see no options in Excel for comma-delimited txt files (only tab or space). Any suggestions out there? Do you have MS Access on your PC. If you do you can either link to
spreadsheet as a table or import your excel data into a table.
