Filtering a Top or Bottom 10 result set

My Pivot Table works great including the Top/Bottom 10 feature.
However I need to filter out agents that have a total of less than "x" hours
accumulated.... Let me explain.
I have three columns: 1. Log Time, 2. Break Time, 3 Productive Time
Productive Time = Log time - Break Time.
I perform a Top or Bottom 10 based on "Transfers per hour" based on some
other calculations.
However, in my Pivot Table I need to see just those records of the agents
that have a minimum of "x" Productive Hours. Currently my Productive Hours
field item is in the "DATA area of my pivot table and AGENT is in the ROW
area.

Thank you for any assistance.

Filtering a Top or Bottom 10 result set

Hi Joe

Drag Productive Time to the Row area of the PT as well.
Then just use the dropdown to deselect the values below the Productive
hours you want to view.
