Default =B2-B1 becomes B3-B2 for fill right and I want B3-B1 then B4-B1.
When writing a formula such as =B2-B1 and filling right the formula changes
to B3-B2 and I want B3-B1 then for the next cell B4-B1 etc.

How can you lock one cell in a formula and the other.
