I created a form under worksheet 1, how do I copy the same form to worksheet 2
wihtout having to format worksheet 2?

To make an exact copy of an existing sheet, simply right-click on the
sheet tab and select Move or copy.

In the dialogue box that appears be sure to check the option box for
"create a copy."

I tried the right click and checked off create a copy, it came up as Sheet 1
(2) instead on Sheet 2, I just want on Sheet 2.
