How do i save a 12 digit number in a .csv document in excell?
i am trying to create a .csv (comma delimited text file) spreadsheet. one of
the columns contains a 12 digit number. when i go to save it, however, excell keeps changing the 12 digit number to scientific formula. is there any way to save a 12 digit number in a .csv document? |

Save your file as .csv
Then re-open the file with Notepad and you will see the correct format. However, if you re-open the file with Excel, then Excel will change the format to scientific. It's not the saving that's the problem, it's the re-openning.
