How do you print just certain columns??
You can hide the columns that you don't want to print. To hide a column
right-click on the button at the top of the column, and choose Hide. To make it easier to switch between the print view and the working view, you can create a couple of Custom Views. There are instructions in Excel's Help. roger_home wrote: Say you have 24 columns in database, but when you print it you just want columns A-G, J, L, M, N, and X.
