Moving contacts from one list to another

Hello. I need to determine how to cut/paste contacts from one list to
another. I have several contact lists (not groups) in which I need to
transfer some from one to another as they were misplaced in the wrong list.
Anyone know how to do this? I'm using Excel 2003. Thank you for any replies.

more info would be helpful but you can hold down the ctrl key while
selecting rows/ranges and cut then paste where desired. Or, use a macro

I'm sorry. I should have said Address Book contacts, not just simply
"contacts". There is no option to cut these entries. The only options are
Properties, and Delete. I don't know what other information I can provide
you, but I am not familiar with using Excel macros. Other applications you
can simply right click the item and move it if needbe, but you apparently
can't do it that easily with Excel.
