Filtering out old records.
Hi All I was wondering if anyone would be able to assist me. Please refer to attachment. What I want to be able to do is only view the latest purchase of a product. So either hide the rows which contain old purchases or filter the newest ones. I would "SORT" by DATE - then Copy and paste the "unwanted" into a new sheet in case you want to review it later, then delete the original. You can also filter using "equal to or greater than" then enter you date of the the items you no longer want - then select, copy and paste into an new sheet as required, - then delet from the original. -- wjohnson ------------------------------------------------------------------------ wjohnson's Profile: http://www.excelforum.com/member.php...o&userid=29640 View this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread...hreadid=526068 |
