When I attempt to open an Excel file I get a dialog box with the subject
title. Inside the bos it indicates that problems camr up in the following
areas, then it lists workbook settings. I'm then told that an error log was
created and placed in c:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Local
Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.(Either MSO or M50\(Filename).log.

The Red text under symptoms in KB Article 911318 shows the exact Text I see.
However, that KB Article applies to "Microsoft Dynamics CRM" which I do not
have installed.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
