Rotate excel data axis, not in chart format
 

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone could help me with a problem I am having with
an excel spreadsheet I am working with. I set up the data so that
questions decended in horizontal rows on the left side of the sheet,
and the data sets with each person's answers in columns relative to the
questions. I am trying to figure out a way to flip the axis so that my
questions are arranged across the top of the sheet, and my answer sets
in rows descending down from the columns. Basically:
A A A Q Q Q
Q To A
Q A
Q A

Is this possible? I am not trying to flip the axis of a chart, I have
seen several responses in regards to that. I am trying to flip the
actual entered data on the spreadsheet.

If you copy your cells then edit, paste special, click on the Transpose
button and click ok.

I tried it and it worked. Good luck
