Round time maybe this explanation will help
 

You guys are wonderful

I need to round time
0-0:14 (.23)hrs round down to the full hr.
15 - (.25)hrs and greater needs to be rounded to the next full hour.

7:00am - 8:14am = a total of 1.23hrs I need that to round down the 1.23 hrs
to 1 HR total
7:00am - 8:15am = a total of 1.25 hrs I need that to round up the 1.25 to 2
hrs total


I am woking on this project for my kids school so if you attend the after
school program and you are there for and 1hr and 14 min they charge you for
1hr but if you are there for 1hr and 15 min they charge you for 2hrs
