Sorting excel document containing embedded pdfs
 

I have a spreadsheet which contains an embedded pdf on each row. When I sort
the sheet one or more pdfs don't move resulting in some rows having multiple
pdfs contained in that cell and some rows having no pdfs in that cell.

What you'll need to do for each icon is to right-click on it, select 'Format Picture' or 'Format Object', then go to the 'Properties' panel and ensure that the option 'Move and Size with cells' is checked.

Alternatively, if you have a very large number of icons, activate the drawing toolbar ('View''Toolbars''Drawing'), select the 'pointer' (arrow) tool, then draw a marquee around the column of icons, then right-click on any one of the icons and perform the step above.
