GOAL: Employees on a hospital floor will have their names & pictures
displayed so patients & families can quickly identify their caregivers. CONCEPT: A roster has a column of job positions and an associated column of names working in each position. As I change the name assigned to the job, I want the picture to change automatically, displaying the picture of that worker. The names assigned to each job will be hyperlinked (somehow, I imagine) to each worker's picture file. NEED: I don't want to have to load the pics manually for every shift. The clerk will enter the name for each position & the associated pic should AUTOMATICALLY appear. |

Wow, you are asking something very similar to what I am trying to do with
equipment pictures. Did you ever get a resolution besides - ACCESS? I love excel and Access is good for other things, Excel is great for most things.
