How do I insert an object onto a protected worksheet?
 

I have a worksheet that is a list of questions which users answer via
checkboxes. In order to preserve the integrity of the questions, those cells
are locked and the sheet is protected.

Now, I need for users to be able to insert pictures at the end of the
questions, but with the sheet protected the menu option to Insert a Picture
is grayed out.

Is there a way to insert an object onto a protected worksheet?
