Thermometer Chart?

I am tasked with creating a visual representation of how my business group is
performing against goal in a number of different areas. I am not looking for
something as detailed as a balanced scorecard. A simple chart would do. The
closest thing I can think of is a thermometer chart, like those used to track
charitable donations. So far I haven't found anything in Office to create an
electronic version.

Hi Have a look at John Walkenbach's site
WWW.J-walk.com/ss
He has an excellent Thermometer Chart there, under Thermometer Chart.xls.
Regards
Michael
