New Time Card

Try this: A1 = 6:00 AM B1 = 2:30 PM =IF(COUNT(A1:B1)<2,"",B1-A1+(B1<A1)-TIME(0,30,0)) Subtracts 30 minutes for lunch, break, whatever.
