How do you multiply each cell by the same number? ( 899.80*.085)
i am having to convert dollars from a annual base to a monthly base and I
need to know how to change each cell to the product of .085. Example: 899.80*.085= 76.48. Please help |

Type .085 in a blank cell. Copy it. Highlight the range of cells to be multiplied by .085. Go to Edit, Paste Special, in the Operation section select Multiply. Click OK. To convert from Annual to Monthly, wouldn't you rather divide by 12?
