Need suggestions for organizing spreadsheet
 

I'm running an incentive program for my employees to participate in a
monthly quiz. The incentive works like this. $10 per participating
employee in the monthly pool. Then an additional $10 per participating
employee in the quarterly pool. I'll throw in an extra $10 into the
monthly pool if someone gets a perfect score (if 2 people get a perfect
score they split the monthly pot and the $10, etc.) The quarterly pot
goes to the employee(s) with the highest quarterly score. I've attached
a basic spreadsheet. I'm open to any and all suggestions on the smart
way to organize this data for ease of maintenance and use
