Emailing Excel

Is there a way to email an individual Excel Worksheet without the whole
Workbook going with it, and still have it to where the recipient can
use it as an Excel Worksheet?

Copy the sheet to a new workbook. Save that new workbook and mail that
workbook.

Thanks for the advice. I tried the first suggestion and emailed it to
myself for a trial run. It worked, but the sheet was as if it were
zoomed in too close. I tried to make an adjustment but it locked up my
computer, twice. So, I suppose the copying and pasteing to a new
workbook and sending with as attachment will prove the most dependable
after all. I'm still using Windows 98SE and my computer is getting a
little age now so maybe it's just not ready for the first suggestion.
Thanks to you both for your input.

I'd try it with a brand new workbook to see how that worked.
