create a filled in calendar from list of dates and notes
 

I am trying to build an easy to use calendar.

I have a column of dates, and a column of tasks or notes.

I'd like to be able to produce a calendar from these fields.

Or, can you populate a template and then generate a lists of dates/tasks
from it?
