It could be beacuse of the scaling of your page.
Go to Print previewSetup. Adjust the percentage , ie 100% if you want
it normal or either fit to 1 page. hope this helps.

It might also be that you have something typed in a cell that is way out of
your intended print area. Like W988 or something like that. If that is the
case and you don't want it to print those cells just hide them.
