Default print many comments fields below header lines

Have worksheet with 120 fields that each have a comment in top row of 4
header rows. Comments contain definitions and/or lists of values for each
field.

Worksheet is protected and comments are not arranged for printing since many
overlap each other and the headers.

Want to print our headers with the comments below without having to
rearrange each comment field separately.

Also want to keep this arrangement in event that various worksheet columns
are hidden or revealed by macros in the workbook.

Hi ....,
Sorry, but I do not understand your question.

You have no control over *where* comment boxes are displayed, except for the
ability to move them around a bit when presented.

You can choose whether comment boxes and/or indicators show automatically
Tools, options, view, comments: ---

You can print your comments with cell references at the end of your printout
file, page setup, sheet, print comments

or with more control you can use a macro

some more macros for printing or displaying comments in
